It starts with a free 15 to 30 minute Discovery Call to understand your project, timeline, and goals. From there, we send a detailed estimate, assemble your team, and set up shared storage, Frame.io for review, and a clear schedule. Every project has a dedicated producer, so you always have one point of contact.

Most projects include three rounds of revisions for editorial and two rounds each for color and sound. Animation and VFX vary by scope. Need more? We can extend at an hourly or day rate to keep things moving.

Pricing depends on creative needs, team size, deadlines, and overall scope. After your Discovery Call, we'll send a detailed estimate showing exactly how each part breaks down. We typically ask for a retainer up front, with the balance split across milestones like first deliverable and final approval.

Yes. Tight turnarounds usually mean scaling up the team, so rush rates apply, but we can almost always find a way to make it happen.

Absolutely. We regularly work alongside in-house editors and producers, filling gaps, taking on overflow, or handling specific departments like color or sound while your team handles the rest.

We're built remote-first, but we also offer in-person support, including VFX supervision, on-set DIT, and producer support. Our team can travel.
